When will my candle arrive?
We hand-pack each order within 1–2 business days. Once it is on its way, most domestic deliveries arrive in 3–7 business days. You will receive tracking details as soon as your order ships.

What is your return policy?
If your candle arrives damaged or is not quite right, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will make it right with a replacement or return guidance for eligible, unused items.

Do you ship internationally?
International shipping is not available at this time. We are a small-batch candle studio, and we are working toward serving more homes as soon as we can do so thoughtfully.
